Siddhartha has over 20 years of investing experience, primarily as a private lender in APAC. Prior to Elham Credit, Siddhartha was Head of Financing for North Asia & Pacific at Deutsche Bank, where he managed a multi-billion-dollar loan book. During his 13-year tenure at Deutsche Bank, across India, Singapore and Hong Kong, Siddhartha held multiple roles in Origination, Structuring, Risk Management, and Portfolio Ownership. He also worked in Barclays in a regional role for 6 years. Siddhartha holds a B.E. in Electronics Engineering from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
Sandeep has over 18 years of experience in Asia Pacific credit markets including Australia, India, Southeast Asia, Korea, and Japan. Prior to Elham, he was Senior Managing Director at Varde Partners’ Asia Corporate and Traded Credit team and was responsible for the significant growth of the Asian book. At Varde, Sandeep led the firm’s investments across various strategies including special situations, private credit, restructuring and secondary trading as well as led strategic initiatives for the firm. Prior to Varde, Sandeep worked for over a decade at Deutsche Bank Hong Kong and Mumbai as a lead trader in Distressed and Illiquids, covering Asia Pacific stressed loans and bonds and performing loans. Sandeep holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from University of Delhi and is a Chartered Accountant.
Srini has 17 years of experience in the Asian credit markets. He has worked across key Asia Pacific markets including India, Australia, Greater China, and Southeast Asia. Most recently, he was Head of Loans and Leveraged Finance at Barclays for North Asia and was responsible for Structured Finance efforts for Barclays across Asia ex India. Over his career, Srini has set up and grown multiple businesses across various credit strategies. Srini holds a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and a Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
Vincent has 18 years of credit experience. Prior to joining Elham Credit Partners, Vincent was a Managing Director at Intermediate Capital Group (ICG). He was a founding member of the ICG Australia credit fund. Prior to 2013, Vincent spent 8 years working at National Australia Bank. In all positions, his responsibilities included originating, analysing, structuring, executing, and managing a broad range of credit investments and debt transactions. Vincent holds a B. Commerce from the University of Sydney and is a CFA Charterholder.
